I'd like to say i'm a smoothie connoisseur of sorts. I'm obsessed with all things smoothie and yes, I have an addiction. Usually 2-3 per day. Let's just say smoothie-holics anonymous banned me because I felt the need to bring a smoothie to every meeting.

OK maybe not, but I do know my stuff.

I'll be posting pre-workout, post-workout, and treat smoothie recipes here over the next few weeks.

Here's a POST-WORKOUT/gym session recipe for those of you who want to bulk up and become Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Chocolate Hulk:
3 Scoops Whole-Fat Butter Pecan Ice Cream
1 Banana
1 Scoop Chocolate Muscle Milk Gainer
1/2 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Milk (Non-Fat, 1%, 2%, Whole-Fat, your preference)
1 tsp. Turbinado
1 tbsp. Wheat Germ
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

This recipe has about 1000 calories so i'd highly recommend only drinking after a high-intensity weight-lifting session.
